We will do our very best to ship your order within one business day of your payment clearing.  Orders placed Monday thru Thursday will ship the following business day (excluding holidays), orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays), and orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Tuesday (excluding holidays).

You will be notified of any delays in shipping or other problems with your order as soon as possible so that your order can be shipped in a timely manner.

Due to the nature of credit card processing software and its components, there are no refunds given on purchases made through this store.  Any defective software CD's or Diskettes will be replaced within 30 days of the original order date with notification in writing from you of the defect.  Any defective hardware should be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.  Any paper stock (e.g. blank check stock) is not returnable or refundable.
